At Candlelight Valley Fabrics your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund.

swatches

Need a swatch? No problem. Our detailed photos represent the drape and feel of our fabrics. However, if you have a specific need/concern, swatches are available for $1.00/each. These are six inch square and their cost will be credited to your next purchase. There is no shipping or handling for swatches.

We'll be glad to work with you to find the perfect fabric for your needs. Just let us know your requirements. We'll send you a set of swatches.

Canadian Orders
For Canadian orders, we ship by USPS Global Priority Mail and charge a flat fee of $18.00 per order. Buy as much as you want and it's sill just $18.00!

International Orders Outside North America
For international orders, we ship by USPS Airmail Parcel Post. For orders under $300.00, we will charge you for the cost of shipping and insurance. If your order is over $300.00, we will discount the shipping/insurance cost by 50%. This can be a significant discount, so if your order is under $300.00, you might want to check with your friends to see if they'd like to combine orders. PLEASE NOTE: When you place your order online, there will be no charge for shipping shown on the receipt—just a note letting you know that shipping cost will be determined later. Shipping cost is determined by the destination and the weight. We will add the cost of shipping to your credit card charge at the time we send out your order.

Our privacy policy is very simple. We never sell or give any of your information to anyone.

Our web site takes every precaution to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the web site, your information is protected both on-line and off-line.

When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry—SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when users are just "surfing".

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of your information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment, behind a locked cage and in a locked facility.
